Valentine & Associates is a certified fire investigation and forensic sciences company that came to us to refresh their website. They felt that their existing site was outdated and difficult to navigate, wanting something that looked more professional and representative of their four decades in business.

Valentine & Associates is a certified fire investigation and forensic sciences company that came to us to refresh their website. They felt that their existing site was outdated and difficult to navigate, wanting something that looked more professional and representative of their four decades in business.
Our first objective was to help establish branding that could be applied to their new website.
Their previous website was very dark. We wanted to choose a color palette that would aid in highlighting their service and expertise, rather than the topic of investigation. We also helped re-vectorize their existing logo and updated the text within the logo to better match the brand and history behind it. We did not want to drastically change their logo as it was already recognizable in their industry.

Our next objective was to create a website that was compliant and professional.
We took their existing copy and restructured it across the respective pages, pointing out gaps that needed to be filled, such as updating services, highlighting new technology being used in their business, and adding their family history. We also helped automate their case reporting and employee tracking by creating forms that could be filled out directly on the website. In addition to helping streamline their processes, these forms also made it easier to submit paperwork for those who were less tech-savvy.
