Green Waste Company is a food waste management pickup company based in the Triangle area. They had tried many different tactics to drum up business, but their efforts were scattered and they were managing new clients through text and Venmo. We helped them establish some branding and designed a new website so that they could have a centralized hub that would allow customers to learn more about their services and purchase a membership.

Green Waste Company is a food waste management pickup company based in the Triangle area. They had tried many different tactics to drum up business, but their efforts were scattered and they were managing new clients through text and Venmo. We helped them establish some branding and designed a new website so that they could have a centralized hub that would allow customers to learn more about their services and purchase a membership.
Our first objective was to establish some basic branding.
Green Waste Company did not have a logo or a cohesive color scheme to make their brand recognizable. We created a new logo for them that was simple, legible, and had a fresh, environmentally-friendly appearance. For their color scheme, we chose a green palette so that users would understand the mission for sustainability right away.


Our second objective was to redesign the Green Waste Company Website.
The old website had a little bit of information about their services, but there were no calls to action or a way to pay for their services.
Our goals for their new website included:
- Clear messaging about their services and business
- Answers to frequently asked questions
- A system for collecting customer information and subscription payments to reduce back-and-forth calling/texting with customers
Now, instead of keeping track of texts and emails, the founders of Green Waste Company can refer potential customers to their website for easy information access, and there is room for the website to expand as they continue to educate customers. The subscription model also automatically delivers customer information when they sign up and collects money on a monthly basis, as long as the customers remain subscribed to services.
